Excellent customer service ! Shows concern with wellness of their patients new and established. Going forward no other Dr will treat my heath concerns. Definitely changing to the Birdsall clinic! I have been with my current physician for 30 plus years , I was treated like an established patient at the new clinic. Definitely worth the decision.

Just moved to Galliano recently and didn’t really know any doctors for my daughter or myself around here. Called the medical clinic for my daughter’s ear infection. We saw Janie that day. She’s awesome. Did a few follow up visits until her ears were back to normal. Adley loves her new “genie dr.”

Though the staff was friendly and professional I found that the staff did what is so common these days in the medical industry. Pushing for drugs and tests that are unwarranted.

Very easy to get last minute appointments . Promptly returns calls, messages & various requests. Handles labwork without a visit to the hospital ( a HUGE + for me). Treats you like a person, not a number.
