I had an urgent problem (BPPV vertigo), and they scheduled me right away and battled to get the insurance straightened out so that they could treat me immediately. Everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Davis and his team, was helpful, kind and caring. Dr Davis even followed up via email throughout the weekend to make sure I was doing okay.  The extensive facility is clean and modern, with convenient parking. Highly recommend.

My doctor recommended physical therapy to try to alleviate my lower back pain as well as an episodic sciatica. In particular she asked for electrical stimulation and soft tissue mobilization, which I believe means targeted massage. My doctor did not recommend FYZICAL in particular, but since it is close to home, I asked to go there. Everything is clean and everybody friendly and courteous. However, they assigned me to what had to be the least experienced therapist (actually, I believe he was a student) in the place. Sure, everybody has to learn sometime..but why on me? I did get the electrical stimulation (tens unit) for 10 minutes, but apart from that not much. I was put on a stationary bike for 10 minutes and then I was told to perform a couple of stretches X number of times and he would go over to someone else (they seemed understaffed) so I had no real idea if I was doing them correctly or not. I did them at home too following instructions on a print out I was given on the very first day..again not sure if I was doing them correctly or doing myself more harm than good. I never received the tissue mobilization either and my pain was in no way getting better, so I was at the point of cancelling my appointments and going elsewhere . I decided to give FYZICAL one last chance and called the manager to explain the situation. He listened and reassured me that I would get the treatment I needed and that which the doctor had prescribed, so I went to my next appointment hopeful of improvement. Alas, nothing changed or improved, not even one iota, as if I had never spoken with him, so that was it for me, I cancelled all future appointments and never went back.

Great experience highly recommend Fyzical!! Warm friendly staff, your greeted by Justin who is very professional and patient. All the therapists were knowledgeable, patient, caring, personable and even made the sessions fun!! 5 stars +++ for Josh & staff.

Can’t say enough good things about Josh and the staff that work here. The entire team at FYZICAL are extremely proficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They really care and always put in the additional effort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The people are all very friendly. They keep the equipment and benches sanitized. They seem competent. The only concern is that now and then, they seem spread a bit thin with therapists, and are not able to give each person their full attention.

Can't say enough about the Delray Beach staff. My back problem was 100% resolved in less than 4 weeks of therapy. Very competent and dedicated professionals.

I found FYZICAL locally as I live in the area and needed PT after an sports injury involving my lower back. When I called to make an appointment, I was given one for the next day! I went in and was immediately greeting by Justin, working at the front desk, a friendly young man who registered me and took the necessary information. He knew all the in and outs of my insurance so everything went smoothly. The office is clean, bright and well maintained. The are currently renovating to allow for more patients. Next was Maggie who took me into a private area to interview me and assess my needs based on the diagnosis given by my MD. PT was started the same day!  I was given some home exercises to do and given a series of appointments and was hooked up with Josh as my therapist. I've had PT before and he's the BEST therapist I've ever had. He listened, he asked questions about how I felt and what I was doing at home. Not only does he know his stuff, but he's friendly, has a great demeanor and is easy  to talk to. With an aggresive program, he  got me back into playing shape ahead a couple of weeks ahead of where the doctor thought I would be. I feel GREAT! I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff and would recommend this office to ANYONE who needs PT.

Post surgery rehabilitation is extremely important. Years ago, I chose a PT based on location convenience. This time, I made the decision based on reviews like this one and from medical review websites. I recommend Josh and his staff.

I never thought I would have use of my arm so quickly. I highly recommend Meredith she was my PT and was amazing! I do have to see say that the entire staff in Delray were all great and I will miss them. They are so caring, funny and very professional I actually looked forward to seeing all of them! If you need any type of PT I highly recommend them!

When I first went to FYZICAL Therapy, I didn't want anyone to touch my knee because that's how much pain I was in. The Therapists there are so patient. They really know their jobs. Before I knew what was happening I was moving my knee and pushing myself more. I would recommend anyone who is hurt and need a therapist to go there. Thank you for all you do.
