I highly recommend AOMRI! I had one issue after the other with the order from my PCP and Ms. Jennifer at the front desk did her best to get me seen as quickly as possible. Once it was scheduled, everything was explained to me, and the tech made sure I was as comfortable as possible for testing.

Thank you to the staff at Ascension open MRI. Michelle really did an awesome job with making me feel comfortable and explaining how the machine works. I explained to her about my first experience. She was truly God sent. Unfortunately I was able to complete the MRI, due to unforeseen reasons. My second visit the following day, was just as awesome, Katie made sure I was comfortable and my best friend was by my side holding my hand. I literally prayed through the entire process. Thank you ladies for doing an Amazing job!

I was very nervous as I’m not a fan of small spaces. But the tech who was performing the MRI was so caring and really put me at ease. I was in and out in no time.

Ascension Open MRI is a top-notch facility. Very warm, friendly, and professional staff. Very clean, comfortable environment. Heidi, who assisted in scheduling my appointment and was at the front desk when I arrived, was professional and kind. Michelle, who actually assisted with my MRI, was clearly very experienced and explained each step of the process to me in detail befor we began. She truly put my mind at complete ease. She even contacted the radiologist prior to begin the procedure to get clarification about how to handle a certain concern that I had. I felt like she truly cared and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible care. After the procedure, they even gave me a CD for my medical records without having to request it. My husband and I drove 20+ miles from Baton Rouge in terrible weather for this appointment, and would do it again in a heartbeat. It was well worth the drive. I was sure to tell my physician’s office about how great Ascension Open MRI is, and how much I recommend this facility to any patient who needs an MRI.
