Went in couldn’t breathe of how bad my cough was doctor tried to tell me it was acid reflux ? Didn’t test me for anything send me off with some cough pills . Went to ER next day and tested positive for strep. Don’t truly care about patients health at all. They don’t try to figure out what’s wrong .

Doesn't call referrals in from the doctor. You half to keep calling them back to get the nurse's to do there job.

Forces you to come in for an appt just to get refill of blood pressure meds. Money hungry just so that they can bill for office visit. WILL NOT BE BACK. Does not truly care about patients health.

Dr. Gertrude has been my doctor since 2008. I have gotten to know her and her husband, Dr. David over that time. I love her compassion and understanding. She is an excellent doctor.
