I have to agree w/a prior post for Dr. Herschel Dean. He is a warm/caring & great doctor whose staff causes a significant problem patient/doctor relationships. Once acquired by OLOL, this family med practice has not lived up to it’s previous excellent reputation. Dr. Herschel has been my PCP since I was 20 (31 years now). I have been willing to travel 40 minutes just to see him Looking 4 a new PCP b/c ofhis incompetent, uncaring, unresponsive & lax nursing staff regarding important med refills!
