I like how clean Ochsner is each time I have gone there. There’s never a long wait to see my doctor! My doctor takes time to listen to my concerns!
Tech who did my EKG was very professional and caring.
They are caring about you. Informing you what they are going to do. They are working as a team. All the staff are nice and treats you with respect.

The staff was awesome and explained what we needed to know
I had to visit the emergency room here due to an injury to my thenar web space. I found the emergency department at Ochsner Medical Center to be exceedingly professional. The care that I received while I was there was of the highest quality.
Everyone from Admitting, ER department, ICU ,and Surgery, have all been wonderful. Everyone cares about your health and comfort. I will miss this place and people when I go home.
Just stood UNDER the huge red registration sign waiting to be checked in. Two nurses stared at us, repeatedly. After 5 minutes of blank stares and ZERO acknowledgement- not even so much as a hello- the woman who had been clicking away on a computer two screens away from us the whole time finally responded when we loudly asked the room if we were in the right place. Turns out that instead of looking at us like we were stink bugs on her plexiglass divider, she was thebone who was supposed greet and check us in. As usual in and around New Orleans, garbage service is what we got right out of the gate. Why should the place sick people go for empathy and compassion be any different from a fast food joint, right?Just stood UNDER the huge red registration sign waiting to be checked in. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
