Always professional and efficient service!
The Urgent Care staff did a great job! Nada did an amazing job as well as Amira! Thank you for all of the staff's hard work!
I’ve been several times to get tested for COVID here. The office staff is amazing here. The doctor I “saw”, not so much. I made a joke when I went to the back and said I was there for my weekly Covid test. I had been directly exposed twice in a few weeks time. I am high risk so it’s important I know if I have it so I can properly care for myself and not spread it to others, like my elderly parents. The doctor poked her head in and asked why I keep coming there. I was surprised and said I had another direct exposure and thought I was doing the right thing by getting tested. She proceeded to tell me “we can’t fix you. Follow up with your primary care”. Um, ok. I didn’t ask you to “fix me”. I never asked for anything but a Covid test. I will not return to this office even for another Covid test. I’m not sure what her point was to tell me she can’t fix me. I’m careful, and I take all necessary precautions the very few times I have to go anywhere, and my exposure came from family members. I don’t recommend this office only because of this terrible experience with the doctor, who never even examined me, nor did she even step foot into my room.
Fast and courteous service
I love going here they get you in and out quickly. Even the staff are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to the front desk girl Amira she got all are insurances together and put us in a private room right away. I will keep coming here as long as nothing changes!!!
Very very friendly and nice . my first time in this clinic it was really quick I knew what was going on in maybe 45mins to a hour great Service.
The staff here were friendly and very helpful to me. That's all I could ask for. :)
Sharon, Richele, Heather, Emily, and Cali in the back had very warm personalities and eased my wife's anxiety. Nada made the registration process a breeze. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to everyone. The room was very clean and you can tell the staff truly cares.
This was my first time ever going to The Urgent Care. The facility was clean. The staff working (Nada, Emily, Sharon, Richele, Rosemary, Cali & Heather) was very professional, warm and welcoming! My visit was not rushed and done in a timely manor. I definitely recommend!
Great staff, everyone is super friendly and nice and I really like the way the front is set up now and Yolanda in the front was a big help!
Janice was amazing at check in and then I have entered my room and I can’t remember her name but her sister just got married and she had great nails performed my triage work before the nurse practitioner entered. All were amazing and the facility is in a really nice condition. Covid tests with no insurance is around 200.00.
Staff was very friendly and nice
Everyone super nice and professional quick service thanks again 👍
I had a great experience!! Nahda was awesome and the rest of the staff also. Very quick process.
Everyone was very nice and they were really fast.
Could not schedule an appointment online and was directed to call the office. Called the office 3 times and was placed on hold by the automated system and was disconnected each time! Their system is seriously broken.
I went in for a Covid test. The staff was very organized and professional. I was treated with care and respect. I would definitely return to this clinic for care.
I went to take my Covid test this morning and I was very nervous. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and sincere. I’m glad that we have these people on the front lines!
My daughter was sent home from school because of a bug bite/rash and they said she had to see a physician before she could return. Since its a Friday and I couldnt get her in with a family doctor before Monday I called and made an appointment with urgent care so we could get seen same day and she wont miss any school. When I arrived I was informed it was a minimum hour wait, because of walkins, even though I made an appointment.. not only do I need to entertain my child confined in a car for an hour. I have a brand new colicky baby and this puts me in a position to nurse, change diapers, and attempt to soothe a screaming infant in a small vehicle plus risk not making it to his newborn appointment for the inconsolable screaming. The whole point behind scheduling the appointment, especially when it comes to kids and newborns, is to avoid this and overlapping other appointments. I understand walkins happen, but they can easily wait around the people who scheduled their time slots. Just like a restaurant seats reservations first, I guess I do not understand the ability to prioritize appointments by severity and/or an actual scheduled time slot. I am livid a professional office is putting parents, or anyone, in these situations. Also, if you want to be dead set on this business practice. Then inform patients PRIOR TO their appointment that you have this unofficial appointment/check in policy. That way we can make the appropriate accommodations before arriving to either find a different location or pack drinks, snacks, and things needed for kids. Like who does this to people!?
