Unprofessional! Never answer the phone

I know it’s a busy time with the holidays but I have been here over 3 hours. I see people coming out that I never even saw go on. Bless These workers, I try to take their attitude as exhaustion and not rudeness. LCMC. I hope you can help them out

Juanita is the bomb. She takes her time with patients and care for them with fidelity. She is currently in nursing school she will be beyond great upon her completion GOOD LUCK!

It never fails. Appointment doesn't mean diddly squat in this place. Charge your phone, bring a book, just make sure you have some time on your hands. Just like most reviews about appointments have already mentioned the staff is nice but that's not the issue here. Currently looking for another spot that respects my time. Peace and good luck with this place.

Sat for three hours waiting to take a simple urinalysis. People were nice. But a scheduled appointment should never take this long.

The doctor I saw was wonderful. He really helped me with some medicine. And really took his time to explain everything to me. And also was funny. Lol. I really appreciate all he did. Thanks.

This place is so freaking horrible. Makes no sense to make an appointment when you’re not going to get checked in by that time. Urgent care suppose to be fast. Should have went to marrero

Same thing as this last guy. Called and scheduled at 1pm and haven’t been seen til 3 pm I don’t get it. just be honest about your schedule and communicate to the patients

It sucked I made a 3:20 appointment at 10am online pre checked in then when I got there I waited 45 min for them to ask for a co pay didnt get into a room until 1.5 hours after my appointment ant took over another 1.5 to be tested for covid flu and strep and was cleared was told just take over the counter meds

What a miserable experience. Why bother setting up an online appointment if you can't see me at that time? I went in for a simple covid test at 1:40 and wasn't seen until after 3pm. Then I was left to wait in patient room for almost an hour after that. Wasted my whole day.
