In February mikdadi told me my heart ejection fraction was 20% and that he wanted to implant a defibulator under my skin in case my heart stopped. 3 days later I got a 2nd opinion at Ochsner Hospital. They ran their own tests and told me my ejection fraction was 50% and that I absolutely did NOT need a defibulator. Be careful if mikdadi tells you he wants to do a procedure on you.

They ran their own tests and told me my ejection fraction was 50% and that I absolutely did NOT need a defibulator. I think mikdadi is a quack and is frauding insurance companies. I’m so glad I got a 2nd opinion.

This man is well under education for the specialty he has chosen. My dad died today after being under his care for sometime now. For a year he prescribed the wrong medication for my dads condition. My dad finally had to see a specialist in the cardiac field at TULANE medical who tried to reverse the damage done but was to late. My dad lived two months after the procedure done at Tulane but I can only wonder how long he would have lived if Mikquack would have done his job!! And admitted he was not qualified. Now in my opinion I wouldn't take my dog to the man even for flea medication. If you want you or your family member to get proper care take a 45 mile drive to Tulane and stay away from a small minded, small town Dr. Mikdadi!! I do not want anyone to regret putting your faith in this person. God Bless and God Speed in your medical decisions.

the office is very small and unorganized. No seems to be in charge. Dr, Mikdadi relies on his computerized patient files and does not seem to do any sort of chart review before entering the exam room.

Traveling through the area, my husband had an accident and needed surgery. He was sent to Dr. Mikdadi to get a surgical clearance. After hearing of our predicament, staff scheduled him to be seen immediately. There was a slight anomaly in his EKG which required an extra, more time consuming test, that was scheduled for two days later and the doctor called the results to the surgeon immediatey. Everyone at the office went out of their to help us, since we were strangers to the area. Thank you!

The middle of last week a lady called to remind me of an upcoming app with Dr, Mikdadi. I asked her could we see him in Livingston. She said he did not go to Livingston. I told her the last time we were In Hammond we were told he did go there. She checked and came back To phone and said that he does go to Livingston, but she could not make that appt, that she would contact the person who makes those appts. To date, we have not heard from anyone to get the appt. Leroy Dardeau.
