Dr. Edward's is kind, gentle, and genuinely concerned with my health and wellbeing. I never feel rushed and she takes her time in explaining my issues, and shares all possible options. I encourage you to see her for your female medical needs. She is amazing.

I’m new to this town, 7 weeks pregnant, and was interested in interviewing OBs prior to selecting the individual who will provide my care through delivery. My husband is a surgeon at North Oaks, so it seemed natural to consult with someone within that system. I explained to the scheduler that I wasn’t looking for an exam, but simply wanted to meet with Dr. Edwards. She said that was fine, and booked my appointment. When the date arrived, I payed my co-pay and was ushered back towards the examining room. Before I made it there, however, I was rejected. As soon as the staff learned I wasn’t ready to commit to seeing Dr. Edwards (sight unseen), they explained bluntly that “she doesn’t do that” and never allowed me to meet with her. An OB/GYN clinic turned me away - 7 weeks pregnant and in a new town - during a pandemic. It was truly unforgivable. I hate to think that the system rewards physicians for this kind of behavior, but I guess it does.
