Great Dr very knowledgeable and understanding

At the age of 48 I can honestly say that I have had my experiences with medical facilities. Neither one leaving me feeling good or confident with my visit.However I can say that doctor Thompson and his staff at neuro medical center in hammond has definitely made me feel confident with my current situation. Doctor tominson is an excellent doctor who actually cares about his patients. His staff are also highly professional and upholds a 10 with integrity and hospitality. Doctor Thompson gets you in and out very quickly. You will leave knowing and feeling very confident in what your future will be like knowing there is a solid plan for your pain relief. The entire staff works as a team to accommodate you in scheduling in a timely fashion. And furthermore stays in contact with their patients in order to make sure that everyone is on the same successful path to recovery. This facility brings back positive experiences in the medical field in today’s society. I’m not one to post reviews. But in this case it was a pleasure extending my gratefulness dealings with doctor Thompson and his staff and do recommend anyone to visit this facility before exploring to other medical facilities in your pain management needs. I can go on and on however I feel this pretty sums it all up. Thank you all at neuro medical canter.

I trust my doctor Jonathan Thompson completely. I came to him jaded and prayed he was the one to help me. He was and has helped me. I have learned a great deal from him when I thought I knew everything. I will follow this doctor anywhere!

All staff members were well prepared and thorough! Dr. Thompson is professional and compassionate.

Dr Jonathon Thompson is absolutely nothing short of amazing. He LISTENS to his patient’s! He is very warm and caring and has great bedside manner. He treats your problem aggressively. I moved from Mobile, Al to Ponchatoula with a chronic back condition and I was in a rut and his name came as a referral to me from a really good friend of mine’s MOM here! I DO NOT REGRET IT and you won’t either! His nurse’s are wonderful and nurse practitioner’s go above and beyond. The (NEW)front desk when calling on the phone just this once might need a little work, but it might be from the transition that is now taking place with him moving over to a new practice. But all in all-everything there is pretty great! I am so happy I found this 💎 GEM known as DR J THOMPSON!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS TRYING TO HELP ME!!!!

Dr. Thompson is a dedicated, understanding, compassionate, goal oriented professional. He offers his patients options to assist in their care instead of just masking with medication. His staff is friendly and ensure that I’m properly informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Thompson to family and friends.

I have been a patient for three years and they ALWAYS answer my questions and they treat me with respect. They have NEVER TOLD ME MY PAIN IS IN MY HEAD. I had the good fortune to have my old pain pump that was implanted by Dr. Royster removed because we realized it was not working properly. The teamwork of Cypress Pointe were EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SANITIZED TO PREVENT INFECTION; additionally they had home healthcare to change my bandages and they answered all my questions and made suggestions to help ease my post surgical pain. I will post the name of my surgeon in another review because he was simply “the Best” and my new pain pump is working!!!! Thanks to all the wonderful people who took such good care of me!!!!
