This place is run horribly!! My 87 year old father waited weeks for his appointment arrived 14 minutes early today and they cancelled his appointment because he was not 15 minutes early !! No one not one person said he had be 15 minutes early!!! You Cant get worse treatment then this!!! HORRIBLE

I ended up with double pneumonia and sepsis after my surgery on my toes. One toe is dead and I am having to go to Ochsner to have surgery again to have it corrected.

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I showed up to the appointment on time and the receptionist said that I have to reschedule for another 2 weeks because I was not there 15 minutes early. I was never told I had to get there early and his nurse wouldn’t even try to “squeeze me in” they just said sorry they are booked. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I already see another doctor at the clinic so I did not know I had to fill out new patient forms.

Love, love Dr. Dileo and his sweet nurses! I have always been given the best care with this crew! I have flat feet and have seen doctors since I was in Jr high because of the pain I have in my feet in legs. By the time I was in high school I had given up even complaining with the pain thinking no one could fix it. Onto college where I played college basketball and cried after some practices and games because of the pain I had in my feet. After 10 years of teaching and quite a bit of weight gain due to a thyroid auto-immune disease the pain in my feet would keep me in bed and causing me to become a lazy teacher. Then my cousin, a beautician that stands on her feet all the time, told me just to try Dr Dileo and explained how nice he was. I went and although I am scared to death of needles I decided after all the pain I was in it was worth the possible pain of a needle. This is the first thing that has ever worked for me. Although I normally go for shots he still takes time to sit talk about how I've been feeling, etc.
