The entire office staff was very accommodating and helpful. Despite the busy flow of the office, everyone kept a smile on their face and had a great attitude. My wait time was LESS than 10 minutes. Dr. Williams is beyond caring and explains the disease process in great detail.

My visit with Dr. Williams was amazing! From start to finish the appointment was by far one of the greatest doctor visits I have had. The staff from the receptionist to the nurse doing my blood pressure and information down to also meeting the office manager and the doctor herself were all so sweet and helpful. They helped a patient on a walker all the way to her car! I saw this and immediately knew this was where I wanted my care. If you need a doctor Dr. Williams would be a great choice.

Dr. Williams and her staff are very respectful of their patient's time and health concerns. When my appointment was scheduled, I received the orders for my labs, as well as, a new patient packet in the mail. I absolutely loved this! This meant that Dr. Williams and I were able to immediately start discussing my care based on data! No only did we discuss the results and their implications, but she also questioned me about the way I was feeling, and physical symptoms I had. She was very thorough, and explained things fully and to my understanding. She is very easy to talk to! Her staff was equally as friendly! It was so nice having my paperwork already completed. I was seen quickly! I am very satisfied with Dr. Williams and her wonderful staff!

It is rare to find an excellent doctor having the support of an equally well organized staff. They show respect in behalf patients time in office or by phone. You feel compassion, respect, willingness to listen, takes time to explain health results of patient an accompaning family member/s. Office environment very clean and pleasant.

Dr. Williams is contracted with a community home provider, and does not have any consideration for the family members of those that are living in the homes. She does not follow through with her own plans and orders that are put into place. She is unprofessional, and has no compassion.

Very unprofessional. No compassion for the residents of the community homes that she is contracted with. Does not follow through with her plan of care, or orders that she puts in place for the individuals. Lies to family members of the residents.
