Absolutely, amazing! Dr. Alexander did everything he could for my husband and my husband is doing amazing now. I would give 10 stars if I could. We’re so grateful for him and his team. :)

My wait time wasn’t long and my actual visit was amazing thanks to the great staff.

The most amazing visit ever!! I was a completely paralyzed Quadriplegic 7 months ago, and Dr. Lon has so expertly explained to me issues and procedures from my injury. Dr Lon has unmatched knowledge and he takes the time to really help. No other doctor has provided me with the guidance that I trust so much. Dr Lon is so key to my recovery that I check in with him every 2 weeks to share my reports. Thank You so much Dr. Lon for giving me a breath of fresh air!! I’m on the way to Full Recovery!!

DR. ALEXANDER treated my fiancee after a terrible fall that gave him a serious concussion and bleeding on his brain. He is honest with his answers and tell you the truth. He does not talk down to you and makes sure you understand what is happening. He does not mind including family in the discussions if you want them there. My fiancee does not trust doctors much but since we been home he laughs at some of the things that Dr. Alexander had told him it was honesty the blunt truth but in a good way. He does not talk down to he talks to you. I would recommend him to anyone that asked me for a neurologist due to this alone but he is also very knowledgeable in the neurology field. My mother has been taken care of as if she was their mother. With the Coronavirus going on, I wasn’t allow to be with my mother after her surgery, in her room, in June 2020 and was worried about her. We live in New Orleans, so I got a hotel room near the hospital just encase. The staff was phenomenal!! They kept me updated and my mother raved about them. We just went to her second check up post-op and everything is great! We never have to wait to be called to the back and we are usually in and out in about 20 to 30mins upon arrival. Absolutely the best!!!! Thank you to the staff and Dr. Alexander!! From Taylor, daughter of Marilyn and the rest of her family.

I have never in my life been to doctor who comes in and right off the bat, says I have read your complete chart, even messages you sent about the pain. And I have lots of questions.’ We went through all his questions (I believe), I brought up a couple things. And what I liked a lot was we could throw things back and forth. Oh! And I got to stand up, it helps me to think better. On the first meet, I give Dr. Alexander a 10+

Dr Alexander is by far, the best Dr. I've ever seen. He genuinely cares. I Don't do well with doctors and he makes easy.. A good man. And an awesome physician.. everybody else has affiliated with this group has been nothing but the best experience for me. Hands down....

The Receptionist for Dr. Alexander gave very good directions, my first visit. As I wheeled in building I left my mask in my Van and told the gentleman “oops I’ll be right back I forgot my mask”, he stopped me by saying here ma’am I have a mask for you, I took it and said “thank you so much”, he said I need to check you temp. He took it and wrote in on a small piece of pink paper that I was to give the nurse that will come get me. As I am wheeling to the elevator I am looking around and the entrance and the elevator was very nice and clean. Then I get out on 4th floor and notice how clean the environment was then go to check in, the receptionist was very nice, was the lady that gave great directions and i thanked her. I am waiting to be called back I am able to look at the waiting area and able to look out all the beautiful windows to see the parking area as well then called back. The nurse was very nice came to get me I gave her a DVD of my neck MRI, she sat me in a room to wait for Dr Alexander. He came in and gave me great news that my neck looked great, I was very happy to hear that and shocked. I thanked him a lot, he got up thanked me, and said he would like me to have a EMK- maybe done on my arm that causes me great pain sometimes. The nurse came back in the give me my papers to leave. I told her I wanted to ask a few questions but felt like my questions may sound ungrateful but they are not. The Dr was great but U did not get to ask questions that I really wanted. I would like to know why does my neck hurt so bad a lot? It was broken in 3 spots, he did reference that looking at my MRI you would not know! So I would still like to know more about my MRI. Yesterday was the first time that my right arm and hand was hurting me badly and left arm and hand was hurting as well. I am wondering if my neck or shoulders have a nerve that pinches my nerves sometimes, I don’t know but my neck hurts a lot. I try to stretch it in ways I was taught in PT appts.b it makes a lot of popping sounds and can be felt as it is. I’m just worried about more happening. I am a paraplegic but can move my legs and feet a bit but my hips will not work right to have me stand on my own nor walk. The get bad muscle spasms and the tingling fire like pain in my legs and feet. I have had the hardest time accepting not being able to standup nor walk it’s has put mean a bad depression!! I have been very active in athletics since a 4 year young child and coaching and teaching my daughters sports, dancing and skating. I want to be back like that again ASAP, GOD PLEASE HEAL ME FROM HEAD TO TOE AMEN!!!

If they had a zero I would have gave it to him!!! Horrible Dr!!! Very unprofessional! Did a spinal fusion surgery on me 02/05/20 and to this day I am still having problems! My life will never be the same thanks to him! Do your research there is a DEA investigation document on him. I would advise you to read it before you use him.
