No…have never had a doctor raise their voice in anger till my visit with Cook. We disagreed on something that had nothing to do with my visit. I told him we needed to agree to disagree and he kept on. I am 73 and he is 45. I finally said I don’t need to be there and he said I didn’t so I left. Very unprofessional behavior for a so called doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr. Cook and all in all I was pleased with him, and his nurse, Maggie, was warm and friendly. Dr. Cook was personable, asked questions about my past health history, did not rush through the visit, and seemed compassionate. I was greatly improved after a few days on the medication he prescribed. He was not pleased that I have chosen not to receive the Covid "vaccine" (which is really not a "vaccine" at all), did not hesitate to let me know he disagreed with my opinion, and indicated I was listening to the "wrong people." I don't mind someone disagreeing with me; but no mandates, please! I would recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Cook was a true professional doctor, he answered all my questions and came up with a game plan. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I have never been treated by a physician that yelled at me and called me STUPID! Instead of being kind and reassuring He was very Argumentative and took offense to me questioning the nature of the MNRA Vaccinations. I view it as new and highly experimental and he inferred I was calling him stupid which of course I wasn't and even told him that. We'll he wished me luck very sarcastically. I will no longer be under his care effective immediately and have lost all respect for the North Oaks Health System.

Very professional. Dr Cook was polite and took his time explaining the steps that would take place in treating my husband. He made us feel very comfortable & there was a genuine desire to be helpful by both Dr. Cook and Nurse Maggie.
