Goodwin William's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Goodwin was very nice leading up to surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and calm about the procedure. The day of surgery was another story. It took him 12 tries to get an IV started. Yes 12. A few days after surgery, it was discovered that during the procedure, he clipped a nerve leaving me with permanent damage. I now live with constant pain and tingling in my jaw. At my follow up visit, he was worried that he cracked my jaw. I have never seen a doctor more nervous to see a patient after a surgery. It was like he knew he messed up big time and didn’t want to face reality of what he had done. This was the absolute worst medical experience I have ever had. I sure hope his skills have improved since he did my surgery. Patients beware.

Dr. Goodwin is the best oral surgeon around and unfortunately I've had to see several. Gentle, caring, great surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a tooth removed or an implant.

From start to finish Very Professional .One word to describe my first visit COMFORTABLE... that means a lot in a dentist setting!!!

Dr. Goodwin is as good as they come. He is attention to details, explains what is and what will be accomplished from the visit. Awaiting time to heal a tooth extraction and then looking forward in having two implants installed. Again, he is a great dentist.

This doctor and his staff rate a 10 in all areas. He is very professional in all areas. He is very caring, tells you everything he is going to do, and is so very gentle. The best in his field I have ever had do work on me. No pain at all. He and all his staff are so nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. I recommend him highly from seniors down to children.

My daughter was very nervous about getting her wisdom teeth removed. He was very kind and assuring to her, very friendly and professional. He also respected my daughters request to have me pray with her before she was put to sleep and told her that he would keep her cross( she wanted to hold a small wooden cross) safe and make sure she didn’t drop it. Then he called a couple hours later to check on her as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Goodwin is the best. He was able to get our son in for wisdom tooth extraction within 2 days since it was an urgent situation (infected tooth). His office checked with our insurance and determined that most of the procedure would be covered, so that was one less thing that we had to do. The procedure itself was done quickly and about as pain-free as possible (according to our son). Definitely have no hesitation in recommending the good doctor.

I can't imagine a better experience. I had a dental implant and was treated with care, professionalism and respect by every person in the office. Dr. Goodwin is smart and skilled. It was obvious that I was very important to him. Further, he works very hard to keep his services affordable. I'm a patient for life.

My dentist highly recommended Dr Goodwin and I was very satisfied with my vists to his office, The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Goodwin was great! He patiently answered all of my questions during the first visit and best of all, I didnt feel any discomfort during my treatment. He personally called to check up on me and I couldnt be more pleased with the result!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Goodwin's office. He is gentle and kind and made my procedure comfortable and painless. Hopefully I never need oral surgery again, but if I do, I know who to call!
