My appointment was very efficient. He didn't speak over my head, rather explained things in a manner that I could understand. He gave me treatment options and let me know which ones he thought worked best but respected my decision in the end. He is very knowledgeable. Exactly what I want when I go to a doctor- knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I would recommend him. I also like that he comes to Morgan City.

The inability to walk for months and then Meniscectomy surgery compromised my active lifestyle and halted my ability to participate in 5k and 10k footraces. Dr. Casey is the first knee doctor that ‘walks the walk,’ not just talks a game of dismissals and inaccuracies. This guy is the real deal for knees - i’m in talented/knowledgeable/safe and nice guy hands - finally!!!!! Will post again when back to racing!!!👊 Thanks Doc Casey!!!!

What a terrific doctor! Wait time wasn't bad...friendly and helpful staff...doc was friendly but not a B.S.'er, which I appreciated very much. Dr. Casey took a lot of time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable with his assessment. Highly recommend Dr. Casey! 👍

Dr Brett Casey did amazing job on my ankle surgery. I don’t feel anymore pain. Definitely would go back to him. He cares for his patients. I recommend people to go try him out.

Nice guy. But strange. On the same Day, dude gives me a full duty release Back to work. WITHOUT even informing me. THEN, he orders 6 more Sessions of physical therapy a few minutes later, telling me he'd set the therapy up. Something wrong with the picture here?

Dr. Casey performed 2 separate shoulder surgeries on me and the outcome has been terrific! He is an excellent surgeon. Thank you Dr. Casey!

I had surgery on my right toe and Dr Casey did a phenomenal job on it! I recently got Ina car accident and the toe needed an injection and he really helped with the pain. I would recommend him for any Orthopeadic issues!

I have had pain for several years and finally made an appointment with Dr. Casey. His diagnosis and treatment regiment was right on and I am now pain free. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Dr. Casey was personable. I hope I never have another orthopedic issue but if I do, Dr. Casey is my first call.
