My family's last 3 visits were such a mess. Forgotten in the waiting room pre covid. Forgotten in the vehicle post covid. No help choosing frames while they ladies sat behind the counter gossiping. Watched in horror as a lady with LONG talons for finger nails prying my small child's eyes open to put drops in (no gloves.) Wrong lenses were put in the frames, but I was told rather rudely that's how they were ordered. No, no it wasn't. Told I had to pay for the lenses to get them remade!! No I don't. Our insurance was billed incorrectly so we had to pay for an exam that should have been $10 and they flat out refused to fix it. 3 different people, 3 visits in 2020 and all 3 were botched.

My kids have been coming here for a few years. The doctor is patient, and the staff is friendly. The eyewear is a bit pricey, even with insurance, but your prescription will be right!
