Awesome place for health care!Great staff! And very friendly environment!
This is a charity hospital. The emergency room, clinics, and special services are all manned by very dedicated and caring professionals.
This place is a money grab. They will be more concerned about getting paid before they address your reasons for being there. They will examine your wallet first. And to make matters worse, I had a really poor experience with a cardiologist. I objected to paying for a visit when he did nothing but confirm what was already known. He didn't do anything and when I complained, he got upset with me. He wrote negative personal comments, writing that I was rude, on the after visit summary for me and other doctors to see. I complained three times for it to be removed and it never happened. After complaining, I got a certified letter from them telling me not to return because I was not cooperative. I sent a certified letter correcting them. I went to CIS and got amazing attention.

Very caring and pleasant staff. I would definitely go there again for my medical needs. Thank you for my care on August 16, 2023. I really appreciate all of you for the excellent experience with the lithotripsy procedure.
I'm so glad I was able to have this doctor and nurses to help me with my situation and explain so much to me that I didn't know so best hospital and doctors I visit yet thank you all and they treat you like family better than family great staff thank you all keep up the good work. I wish the Morgan City one was as good as y'all some of the staff are like y'all but a lot of them is not so thank you for the good experience
When I arrived to Louisiana, I was very sick. So my FairField Marriott was one block away from the Hospital. I went there and I was in and out within one hour! They diagnosed my illness and prescribed medication for me to get well. Everyone here was very nice and helpful. Thank you going out to the employees here for helping me in a serious time of need. Recommend? Absolutely! I was glad they let my son come in with me.
I love this hospital I get free charity care
Staff is overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work there being micromanaged by the puppetmasters in New Orleans and being deluged with liberal woke progressive bs. If you're a Christian, do not even think of working there. I'd rather go to Baton Rouge for my care.
I called to get an appointment set up for my mother who broke her arm. The girl who answered the phone in the ortho clinic was very rude, when asked about the process of how long to get an appointment she said a few weeks. Bones are starting to heal by the time a patient will be seen. Unprofessional and not good patient care. Pathetic for how a hospital process to see a patient for an injury of a broken arm has to wait to be seen for care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
