I was satisfied. I don’t give 100% or 5 stars or any perfect score because that perspective score will not leave room for improvement. I would have hoped for a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia since my white cell count was critically low. My temp did go back up to 101.9 last night, but it has gone back down 99.9. We’ll see. Thank you for seeing me.

Using Access2Day health, through OGB/BCBS. Service was fast from reception to the actual visit. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Clean and friendly environment

The sign-in process was simple and easy. The staff was polite and friendly. Seems like within five minutes of being there I was seen by a doctor whom I would say is a people person. That was a big plus for me. Overall, I’m glad I chose Fast Pace.

My son and I were in and out in 20 minutes from the moment we got there and saw the nurse practitioner. Everyone was very helpful and the office was nice and clean.
