i have been here since about 10:30 am and have not been seen by the Dr just been stuck in a room sick and hurting needing relief and still have seen no one

I talked to one of the nurses about me thinking I have psychological issues, and she brushed it off as though I have a vitamin deficiency. I told her it’s been going on since I was 11 or 12. I have a good feeling on what it is, I just don’t think they want to medicate me for it.

I received top notch care from this facility on 12/4. The nurse practitioner, Rebecca Sigler, was excellent! ❤️ She took time talking to me, and assuring me she had my best interest in mind. The sweet nurse, Ms Vickers, who did my infusion, talked me through everything and explained how it would be done. ❤️ She checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you ladies for giving me the best care possible. I appreciate your hard work and a very kind attitude. ❤️

They made my sick child with fever take her mask off and told me (the well adult) I have to wear it "because children don't need masks but adults do" even though the child is sick so that made no sense. Also, checking in online is pointless you still have to give all the information you provided online to the receptionist and wait an hour after your online check-in time, then wait for test results, then wait for the doctor. We have been here over an hour. Surely there's a better system...

I went to Jena Urgent Care with my older sister when she fell and broke 3 ribs on Christmas morning, 2021. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was frustrated when they didn't have any masks for us, as we had left home in a rush and forgot masks - but after scrounging through the vehicle we found some. They were extremely careful with my sister who is 76 years old and was in excruciating pain, as they moved her around to take x-rays. The PA on duty was knowledgeable, kind and caring as he dressed a terrible skin wound on her arm. He further discussed the fact there really isn't a lot to be done for broken ribs, except ice packs and to wait out the pain. The clinic appeared to be clean and sterile. Overall, it was a good visit.
