I would not recommend no one to go to this Hospital!Ochsner in KAPLAN is pure evil and crooked.. and there's a lot of prejudice men & women that's managers that's letting employees get away with stuff

Rude Rude Rude!!!! This is an ER. My daughter went in for a ring stuck on her finger. Literally they more worried about if she’s doing drugs and why the ring got stuck. ( she went to bed fine and woke up with a swollen finger and her ring stuck) Acted as though she was a “problem or was inconveniencing them . If nursing isn’t for you anymore, give it up. These people need compassion not your nasty attitude!!!

Prashant Gupta took care of my husband when he went in on thanksgiving morning with a fever. He told my husband he was positive for Flu and Covid. We left immediately and drove home the 8 hours and I took my husband in this morning to our ER and they did a Bio Fire test and he is negative for everything they tested for!!!! He is sick with allergies!!! How can a certified physician get that soooo wrong?????

Went in early this morning with high blood pressure, fever, chest congestion, mucus, throwing up, my whole body hurts, swollen glands and I completely lost my voice. I was tested for flu, strep and covid. All came out negative and I was sent home told to take Tylenol and if I was better tomorrow I could go back to work.By that time my primary Dr. was open and I went in. I DO in fact have the flu. I was given medicine to lower my blood pressure (not to have a stroke) a steroid shot and medication to help me get better. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone go to the Kaplan Hospital!

I think the hospital is a good one. However, the fact that the lady at the front desk tells me to put on a mask while she is mask free is ludicrous. If anyone can explain to me how that makes ANY sense, i would be in awe. I have loads more to say on the matter, but doing my best to refrain.

I have a lot of difficulty with getting blood drawn. This morning, Mark and Taya were great! Very comforting, remained extremely calm and worked well to ensure I was comfortable, as well as never made me feel bad for my struggle with getting blood drawn. I appreciate that more than they know.

Came to do my antibody infusion….for a long time at ANY LG facilities, I haven’t met wonderful, pleasant professional staff than the staff here. Nurse Danielle and kala attended to me. I was so dehydrated (I didn’t know) and nurse danielle made sure i got fluids and tried getting veins but kept collapsing so nurse kala came to the rescue. No pain and done everything with ease and care.

Went in after being sick a week left me in room 2 hours didn't even check on me so I walked out it's pathetic how you treated at this hospital animal shelters do better than that
