I wasn't a patient but my fiance was and the nurses to the great Dr. Cody did a superb job!!!

WOW! Where do I start? For years I was going to get treated at different facilities for this or that, but on this day august 23rd 2023 I went to the Kenner faculty on 180 west esplanade and was diagnosed with blood clots. After getting the procedure done, every ailment that I had in my body such as kidney failure, high blood pressure, copd etc. all these ailments discovered to be conditions because of the blood clots and once removed, I have not took a BP pill, wore a cpap mask since and was told that kidneys are functional. Still damaged but not dialysis damaged. The staff was amazing from the housekeeper to the surgeon and everyone in between. Class act

Dr.V.Gillespie-Bell is phenomenal as always.

Dr. Sheena Pullman is a phenomenal gynecologist. She's compassionate, caring, very detailed in her work. She is easy to talk to and she listens. I went to her office feeling anxious and very emotional. But by the time I left, she had completely alleviated all my anxiety. She showed me kindness and spoke reassuring words of comfort that boosted my confidence. Dr. Pullman created a wonderful doctor/patient experience. She could not have made me feel more comfortable and valued. Even went the extra mile wishing me a Happy Birthday via patient portal. Her nurses and staff are also friendly and professional. I very strongly recommend Dr. Pullman. She is without a doubt one of the best doctors l've ever come across. And, I won’t be going anywhere else! Rochelle Washington

Treated horribly by staffin the E.R. nurses and PA, did not care, dismissive, male nurse actually cruel, overall they were all a bit hateful

I gave birth here a couple days ago…one of the best care teams and Dr.Lawson was amazing! 10/10 would recommend again !!!

My mother was admitted into this hospital she in hell this hospital the food was horrible and she suffered in pain and wouldn’t give her anything my mom is 70 years old she had 2 back surgery and neck she in there for her leg and the nurses they wouldn’t come when you called them I saw them sitting around the desk on their phones and to get information about anything you have to wait until they come into your room my mom is not getting treated good here she will never go back to this place

I had to have surgery at Ochsner Kenner, last week, with My Doctor, Dr McCrossen. From my Doctor, on down to EVERY Nurse that touch me, was absolutely AMAZING! But Gina Broussard,RN, my 2nd nurse, when I made it to Med Surg, OMG, She Exemplifies What Nursing Represents, she was Beyond Amazing, Thorough, Caring, Compassionate, and was Teaching me something new Every Single time she walked in My Room. It was a Nurse that took care of my mom, years ago, through her cancer treatment, that made me want to be a Nurse, Last Week, Ms. Gina made me want to be a Better Nurse! Also, I can’t forget about my Outpt Surgery Dept! I think it was Jamie(LSU Fan), that started my IV, I did not feel a thing and Got it on the 1st Try! Now if that isn’t God sent I don’t know what is…lol That whole lil team was Awesome! You Guys are Absolutely Amazing, Especially the staff on Med Surg at Ochsner Kenner! Thank you So Much for My Care 🏾❣️
