Dr. Salvaggio had a very good grasp on my situation upon the initial visit. Not only did he educate me, but he presented as having a caring disposition and showed attentiveness during the visit. Dr. Sal gave me an answer for a health concern that I have asked numerous doctors, practitioners, and the like about. This was God-sent for me. He also handled another issue that I have NEEDED for years. Thanks Dr. Sal.

This place could careless about you. I have been trying for almost a week to get a subscription filled so I can have a test done before a procedure is preformed on me. I called and talk to the subscription fill people and the customer service representatives and they all give me the run around and give poor excuses for why I haven’t had my prescription refilled. They need to fire all the people In prescription refill and customer service. This is a poorly managed facility where the facility manager doesn’t maintain quality staff and quality services to there patients that they service too. Beware of this place. You can loose your life waiting on treatment.

Just moved to Lafayette and transferred to the CIS here. Dr. Lawrence was exceptional. He takes his time, answered all my questions and is very helpful. Changing doctors can be hard but he made the transition easy. So pleased he is my new doctor.

I've been a Patient at CIS for a while now, and have always been well taken care of by the Physicians that I am seeing Dr. Saad, Dr. May and Dr. Amin. Their Staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as the Front Office Staff. My only concern is the people at their call center. Several times now I have been treated very rude and unfriendly. I was constantly interrupted and not given the chance to really explain why I am calling. This had caused a misunderstanding before. Thank God, my Doctors NP called me back and my Questions where answered. I addressed this concern before at their Office. Sadly, not much has been done about that.
