I have gone to Doctor Powell for years for both dermatological issues and cosmetic work. I have always found that he takes the time to listen to your needs and provides excellent service to address them. I would be hard pressed to go to anyone else for my dermatology needs and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

Both my son and myself have been patients to Dr. Powell for over a decade and we are going to miss him a lot. Our skin is fair and he has found and treated some pre-cancerous skin malls. Dr. Powell is extremely knoweldgeble and experienced and we trust him a lot. Really sad he is leaving the office.

First visit, he was great, friendly, seemed sincere even though he said I had nothing that was covered by insurance and sold me a $500 second visit package not covered by insurance to open some blocked pores and remove some sun spots. He said if he missed anything on the first $500 visit or the procedure did not work, he would do it again at no charge. The second visit which was the $500 cash visit, he used a laser pen on face and calf of leg. Some of it did not work and a permanent black spot the size of a dime was left on my leg so, I went back for the free follow up visit and he acted like he was having a nervous breakdown or was under the influence of something. He was angry that I showed him the black spot and he said since I did not like his work (which I never said, I just came back to follow through on his promise to re-do what didn't work ), he would not do it again and I could make another appointment with his assistant to go over the things he was unable to accomplish.

I've gone to Dr. Powell for the 6 years I've lived in Missouri /city. Always pleased with his attention,interest in you and your health. Have felt he was looking closely to see irregularities and take care of them. It is shame he is leaving the Sugar Land area. It is a loss to the practice and Sugar Land/ Missouri City .

David Powell is the best. I have Irish skin, very fair and freckles so I have to keep a close watch . My husband lived working h in the yard and was a big hunter and fisherman.He has had many skin cancers . Dr Powell has taken excellent care of us both and referred my husband to the MOHS surgeon 4 times. No dermatologist I trust more!

I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. The nurse quickly updated my chart and Dr. Powell arrived in less than two minutes. All my questions were answered and my visit was over in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend this practice to others
