Amazing Doctor and Team. Dr St Hilaire did an amazing job with my Diep Flap procedure post bilateral mastectomy. My results were perfect. I highly recommend him to everyone. I feel like I never lost a thing and gained a lot of confidence back. I can’t thank them enough.

I chose DIEP flap reconstruction following my mastectomy and was referred to Dr. St. Hilaire. My first office visit was December 2020, and my last visit was July 2022. Throughout the year-and-a-half I was under Dr. St. Hilaire's care, he and his entire staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. Dr. St. Hilaire addressed my concerns every step of the way. I'm so happy I chose Ochsner and Dr. St. Hilaire for my reconstruction surgery!

Dr. Hugo St. Hilarie is a doctor who I went to at a difficult time in my life. Hearing the word cancer is a scary thing, but he reassured me that the decision I made he would help me to feel some normalcy from it. He was professional and timely. His nurse He and his nurse Vanessa always made you feel comfortable. She always answered calls promptly and answered questions in a timely manner. I am happy with my results and for choosing Dr. St. Hilaire. Thank you so much

This review is very special to me because Dr St. Hilaire is everything I was looking for in a plastic surgeon. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and after double mastectomy, temporary expanders, radiation (which destroyed my incision on my one side) I was left feeling disfigured and not feeling as the woman I once was. Dr St. Hilaire not only made me whole again, he gave me the feeling back of what it is to be a woman. When I was feeling disfigured I wasn’t sure if I would ever feel like a woman again and he exceeded everything I could have imagined. He took the time to ask/listen to what I wanted. I went through multiple surgeries to be at where I am now, so ladies don’t stop believing you can get back to where you were! Dr St. Hilaire what you have done for me is beyond a thank you and I would recommend him to women out there looking for breast reconstruction.

I have been so impressed with Dr St Hilaire and the entire team. I have been through so much in the last year and was hesitant to go with the Diep Flap. He was wonderful during my consultation. My surgery was uncomplicated. My recovery was great, pain was minimal. The results results were beautiful and I still feel like a normal woman. I have recommended him to friends with breast cancer and my sister. I would recommend him to everyone.

I met Dr St. Hilaire in May of 2020. I was diagnosed with a radiolucent lesion in my lower mandible. He did biopsy that same month. In August 2020 he with a team of Drs Did my jaw reconstructive surgery. He saved my life. I had a few more procedures . Yesterday I was fit for my partials to replace the teeth (9) I lost on August 3rd. I want to thank you Dr St. Hilaire, Amanda N.P., And everyone I came in contact with at their Metairie office. I want to thank everyone at Ochsner Baptist and the Rehab Hospital on Jefferson Hwy. Without all of you, I wouldn't be where I am right now. Y'all Are Awesome. My 5 year old daughter had an appoint with Dr. St. Hilaire, to see about her lip that was surgically repaired as an infant (cleft lip). My wife, who had our 2 week old newborn son with her, was turned away by the doctor because they would only allow up to 2 parents but no siblings into the appointment. We have nobody available to babysit our son, as he is not feeding from a bottle yet. Are you kidding me? My poor 5 year old daughter was rejected by this doctor by no fault of her own, and my wife checked her out of school for no reason. Most importantly though, we now have to find another doctor out there, because her lip still needs to be looked at!! I'm disgusted, and if I could give this doctor 0 stars I certainly would. Now, that said, I have no clue if he is technically skilled at what he does, but the guy honestly deserves nothing less than a scathing review from how he treated my family.

My wife and I found Dr. St. Hilaire very informative and his skill is excellent. He performed reconstructive surgery following my wife's bilateral mastectomy almost one year ago now and we are very pleased with the results. His support staff is efficient and kind.
