I had a total knee replacement surgery on my right knee 2/11/2020 Dr. Adam Kennedy and the entire staff were outstanding . Truly Top Notch care

After 3 1/2 hours waiting with a broken leg I was told only after asking that the computer were down and I couldn’t see a doctor. Everyone on the front end including security was rude. I am leaving hoping to find a hospital to address my issues.

LGOH is an amazing hospital! My mother in law recently had a total right knee replacement. Having done the left knee 14 years ago, we didn’t know what to expect. Surgery time and recovery were outstanding! Dr. Schutte is by far the BEST ortho surgeon, in my opinion... as well as the surgery team, the recovery nurses and everyone on the 3rd floor! A huge shout out to: The best surgery nurse, Troy!!!! You went above and beyond and treated us like family! Thank you for checking up on us the day after! the best nurses... Monica, Kat & Lynzie!!! You ladies rocked and took such good care of us! The best PT, Hannah!!!! You were so gentle and caring and did an amazing job with therapy! The best NP, Tracey!!! Your bedside manner was exceptional! You weren’t in a hurry to rush us out the door! The best case manager, Ida!! You answered all of our questions, no matter what they were and eased our minds! And last but not least... the best CNA, Larry! You were so attentive, so sweet and even funny!

The staff at this facility is awesome. My husband had double knee replacement here and we were both very impressed with the friendliness and care from the entire staff from the front desk greeter to his care team. On a 1-10 scale, this facility earns a 10 from both him and I.
