Dr. Piccione and the rest of the staff are very patient with my children. Found out my son was given the wrong prescription by his last eye dr. Dr. Piccione was able to get him the correct prescription and he hasn’t complained about his vision since. My daughter has slight vision loss but instead of pushing glasses on her at a young age and spending money on such weak glasses, he spoke to me in great detail about the pros and cons of her getting glasses now vs waiting until her vision worsens. Highly recommend him to anyone. Well worth the hour and 20min drive to his office.

This was such a great experience! The staff was super friendly! The intake nurse was was amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable. Very clean environment. Dr. Piccione was very kind, patient, thorough, and explained each step of the way for my Daughters appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Piccione and his staff!

We had an appointment for September and the office called and told us they needed to push his appointment 3 months out due to a new computer system l. I thought it was odd but we went ahead and scheduled a new appt for January 3. The day before his appointment they called and said they no longer accept the insurance. It was clearly calculated and I wished they would have told us in September so we could have gone somewhere else at that point. AND if they were honest and above board we would have told them we have different insurance now and it wouldn’t have been an issue. My child needs his vision screened and we just wasted all this time. I would not recommend this office due to the poor way they handled this situation. And I feel horrible for the other people and parents who also had to experience this.

In and out in an hour! Intake nurse was kind, quick, and attentive. Dr. Piccione was wonderful. The office is definitely set up to distract the kids for a good exam. Would recommend to anyone!
