At first I felt I was getting the help I needed for my injury. Knowing my injury needed specialist care, they sent me on. I was sent to the wrong specialist. Went all the way to New Orleans. I called the office on the next business day and left a message trying to get help. Four days later I finally was called back by a very rude lady. When I told her I had already found someone else and tried to explain why, she just hung up on me. Not acceptable.

Terrible place! Beware people every time u walk in door they will pee test you that's horse pucky! ! Go some where else people!! No other doctors do it like this find another providers!! Also doctors in experienced just want to rack up bills to insurance companies!!! Pot holes galore in parking lot too! Please people do ur due diligence and find another provider!!

Dr. Boren has helped me so much—I’m basically pain-free now and didn’t even need surgery. Every visit has been super smooth and efficient, from check-in to check-out (and I’ve been there more than six times). Her assistant, Miranda, is also amazing—very professional, caring, and really knows what she’s doing, which makes a big difference. I definitely recommend this office, especially Dr. Boren and her team!

Horrible place to do business with. Every NP I saw was nice, but saw a different one every time. The office is not organized at all! They won’t call you back. One time I drove all the way from Jennings only for them to tell me that my appointment was canceled and no one had called to tell me so! And, they always have different workers in office. I never saw the doctor because he’s in Alexandria.

I had the best experience here, I brought my child in for an athletic injury. The two ladies in the front office were so sweet, they made us feel so welcome from start to finish, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Our provider Brandy and the medical assistants were wonderful. All of our needs were fulfilled and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Horrible place my son has a fractured hip from football urgent care took the ex rays but he needed an orthopedic appointment. We sat for two hours with them telling us they would be doing his ex rays. So then the NP comes in and says she has the ex rays from urgent care so I said can we see them and she said sure let me go get them I’ll be right back. 20 minutes later she said she didn’t have them after she just told us she did. And then told us oh they don’t do ex rays there. This place is a joke!!! Beyound unprofessional and liars!!!

So I got a call today from Tammy the office manager to inform me my daughter, who is severely developmentally delayed, was to be at the office in LC today. My daughter is only transported by ambulance due to these disabilities she has and we have to give 24 hour notice before we can schedule that. Then that's not guaranteed. She had the audacity to ask me if I cared about my daughter's health because they scheduled the appointment for this Thursday and the aide was scheduled that day as well. I need help and I'm not ashamed of it. But to ask if I care about my daughters health when I have given up my career personal life and being home all day everyday with her is absolutely insulting, hurtful, mean, disrespectful and obviously rude. A little more than a yr ago her NP with the office said I was so in tuned with my daughter then this office manager with no medical degree can speak to me like that is deplorable for the individuals that are there and do care. Shame on you Tammy and you need reprimanding yourself along with the MA who insinuated I was a drug addict when I called to get pain medicine for my daughter's broke femur. I'm sorry for anyone who else has experienced this toxic level of care. I literally cried.
