Not happy. First off I scheduled my appointment for the Sulphur office. They changed it to Lake Charles and didn't inform me until I got a text and called them. Then when I showed up for the appointment, I waited 10 and then they informed me that they had double booked me and could I come back later. I had to reschedule. This is not good. I found it very unprofessional.

Dr. Collins put my finger back together after a table saw accident. It looks so good. He is a great Dr and very kind and friendly. I highly recommend.

I have to say I was amazed at how well Dr. Collins nurse explained every detail and answered all my questions .I learned things I was unaware of about physical therapy. He is doing my husband knee replacement. I feel that my husband will be in very good care. And im glad we choose Dr. Collins. They were very friendly and kind. And it is a top notch practice.will recomend to my friends.

I had surgery on my shoulder in Oct 21' by Dr. Collins I thought everything went well and he and his staff are very good.. I don't wish shoulder problems on anyone but my procedure went well and the healing process has been a slow process but well worth it..

Great experience with caring staff and a deeply involved knowledgeable physician. Noone wants to break a limb, but if it does happen this is the place to go for optimal care.

Dr. Collins is an excellent surgeon who cares about his patients. I was anxious about my surgery and he said " don't worry I will take good care of you." That he did! His staff are friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend them...😊
