Very thorough and short wait time.

I recently started seeing Dr. Mendez, I really like him and his staff. Everyone is really nice. I have a difficult illness and have used doctors in Houston with no help. But l, I have the upmost faith that Dr. Mendez can help me. I feel listened too and he really wants to make me feel better.

I have been shown so much kindness, care and compassion from this Doctor and his office. I am truly astounded. He is extremely knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found Dr. Mendez. He is extremely considerate as well. I think he would be a good fit for anyone. His aid Miss Kelsey is just wonderful too!

Dr. Mendez is an awesome doctor! He truly cares about his patients and he shows it by being patience and kind. He doesn't rush you, but take his time to listen attentively to your concerns and goes the extra mile in getting to the root cause of what is wrong and tries his best to help. He is among the few and best doctors that actually live up to their profession oath.

The professional staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the doctor helps with problem solving, not simply textbook medical, he determines causes as needed too.

Dr. Mendez and every staff member is ALWAYS very professional and accommodating to my medical needs. My most recent visit was no exception. As busy as they are on a daily basis, someone took their limited time to contact the company that handles my prescriptions about a prior authorization in order for me to get my meds at an affordable price. I sincerely appreciated their input to get the matter resolved as soon as they knew there was a problem. Nursing / Clerical staff in all Drs. offices have SO much to do, BESIDES the red tape involved with insurance companies. Yet, because of their patients needs & well being, they Must comply with the system. Dr. Mendez and his staff did JUST that, and I am sincerely grateful.

Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Mendez and staff show alot of compassion. They stay very busy and dedicated.

Excellent as always

I was referred to Dr. Mendez by my doctor month ago and never received a call to set up an appt. I finally called today to see what the problem was. It took several tries to get ahold of someone, but when I did, I was told that Dr. Mendez denied the request. When I asked why, the woman told me she didn't know but that they weren't required to give an explanation. I later found it is was probably due to me having Medicare and he doesn't like Medicare patients. The only thing I can think of is that he doesn't make as much money with those on Medicare than he does with straight insurance. If that's the case, he is only out for the money. His office wasn't even going to call me to let me know that he denied me so that I could find another doctor. Definitely doesn't care about people in need of his type of medical services. STAY CLEAR!
