Horrible doctor. No compassion. Her staff is very unprofessional and she is lazy and cruel. Run.

Dr. McKinney seemed very kind and knowledgeable .My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 I was not seen until 11:45 once back in the patient room I had the pleasure of listening to the staff gossip and discuss everything that had nothing to do with work. Over 25 days later from October 30th I still have yet to receive the prescription that was prescribed for me I will not recommend this facility to anyone I never received a call back regarding my complaints nor the status of my prescription..

If I could give zero stars I would. Not good at all. Change doctor now. Do not use her.

She is absolutely amazing. Her wait time is extremely long, BECAUSE everyone goes to her. She jokes with you and makes sure you're comfortable. I was young and scared of being judged, but she never did. She talked me through everything and when I had a condition that made it hard to monitor the baby, she scheduled weekly visits up until my due date. When I went into labor, my baby went into distress and she was so calm that I wasn't even worried. The anesthesiologist was a superhero also.

45 minute wait The nurse didn't bother looking at while asking some questions and didn't mind to explain our first time pregnancy visit. Doctor when in and out literally and didn't explain anything even after letting her know that we have never been pregnant and that we were excited and nervous because we didn't know what to expect. She was in a rush. I have a pre-existing condition which puts me in high risk and she never mentioned it, gave me some books to read. Horrible experience!!!

I love Dr. McKinney she has been my OB since 2008 and I would not like to see anyone else she is the best for me.....

Dr. McMinney is horrible! If you want a doctor that cares about their patients then you should NOT choose her. She doesn't explain anything and is all about money. Her and her nurses gather and gossip at the desks causing appointments to be late. She's extremely money hungry and could careless about her patients. Since she over books her patients, she barely deliver babies. I love the front desk staff but her and her nurses suck. I regret having her as my doctor for my first half of pregnancy.

I drove all the way to the clinic of Dr. McKinney in the pouring rain and got soaken wet walking to her office for her to turn me away because she decided she didn't feel like performing my important medical procedure that I've been waiting to have performed for several months now. The sad part is I called to confirm my appointment the day before and the receptionist confirmed it, saying I need to be there by 3:30 pm.

I love Dr. Giselle...She's such a caring professional individual. I love her so much I'm pregnant again.. LOL!!!!

I think she's one of the best doctor's I ever had.
