They give you zero instructions before the scan and get mad at you for not following their instructions that they didn't give you. They have a serious lack of bedside manner. Also, it seems like the radiologist or technician has no clue what she is doing. I moved once during the first 10 seconds of contrast injection and the lady ended the scanning and said I had to get another injection for the imaging with contrast. I know this is false if it happened early in the process. So I didn't get contrast imaging because the person refused to do it. Don't go here!

It’s always a good experience; today I was in the capable hands of Mr. Jeremy Morris. He’s a good listener; patient; professional; and compassionate. His advice and support have been invaluable as I navigate the challenges of getting older. The staff is always kind and helpful. I’m blessed to have CFO for all my orthopedic issues 👍🙏🏻

Very disappointed, ladies at the front desk rude and very unprofessional. They treated myself and other patients bad. They need to be replaced with good people.

8am to 5pm is posted as working hours . The phone is answered at 8:27. But the phone was answered by the physician's office after multiple attempts and transfer .

I live in Lafayette but my client is from the surrounding area. She shared a story with me on this particular place. One of her family members was being strongly encouraged to undergo foot surgery, but decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully she reached out to another Dr for a second opinion. The new doctor wasn’t focused on meeting a surgery quota for student training purposes. Instead, they opted to place her foot in a cast, and it healed properly without surgery. I hope this review will help others in the future. I would hate to have an experience as the one I mentioned.

I have used several of the doctors at Imperial Health Orthopedics. They have fixed my torn rotator cuff, gave me injections for knee pain n back pain. They are great doctors and very down to earth n care about their patients. They have treated 2 of my young grandchildren n were great with them. They also fixed my 80 year old mothers broken hip. Wouldn't trust anyone else to care for our orthopedic needs.
