Dr. Crookshank is awesome! In my opinion, not only is he an excellent pain management physician, he is by far one of the best doctors in Lake Charles, period! We are fortunate to have someone of his caliber locally. I have suffered with a multitude of spinal and joint issues for years. Sometimes that comes with severe pain. To say Dr. Crookshank has been a tremendous help to me is an understatement. He’s the best at what he does and I feel truly blessed to be a patient under his care. He has relieved my pain in the past and I trust he will do the same this time too. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Crookshank to anyone suffering with severe pain.
