Dr. Guidry DOES NOT treat his elderly patients with kindness or compassion. He treats them like they are an inconvenience. He is VERY dismissive and could truly care less about them. Shame on you Dr. Guidry!!! What a DISGRACE to treat them that way!! Everyone should be treated with kindness and compassion especially from their Dr. There are better more compassionate skin doctors in Lake Charles - make sure to choose someone else

Dr. Kevin Guidry was very kind and courteous to us. My husband and I have both used him. He explained everything in detail and performed the surgery for removal of a skin cancer. He was knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Dr. Guidry and the staff at Dermatology Associates Of Southwest Louisiana

He should be ASHAMED of himself. We all get older. Everyone should be treated the same = with kindness and compassion... something Dr. Guidry is very much lacking.

Dr Guidry has been my dermatologist for several years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a health care professional myself, I can full appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of his staff and of Dr Guidry himself. He’s friendly, caring and most importantly, competent.

Dr Guidry has been my dermatologist for years now and I highly recommend him. His easy bedside manner makes a visit to him as enjoyable as a doctor’s visit can be. He’s found several dangerous lesions on me and removed them early before they became more serious issues. His staff is courteous and friendly. I think one would do well to have him as their doctor.

For years he has removed (hot spots )by freezing also Squamous cell carcinoma by surgery . Dr Guidry is very easy to talk to and he is honest about his opinion. I have nothing but total respect for Dr Guidry I have been a patient for 6yrs and see him every 6months 70 yrs old E kent West

He diagnosed my rash within a couple of minutes. He even explained it to me. Prior to this, I had been to 2 doctors about my spots. I even had a biopsy done on one of them after they got worse. The previous doctors & biopsy were diagnosed wrong, which is why the previous treatments didn't help.

Dr. Guidry removed a spot of cancer from under my chin today. He was very nice to talk to and explained the procedure and what to expect. I have seen him in the past and asked for him again. He was very gentle and was concerned for my well being. I would definitely recommend him to others that need skin cancer surgery. Thanks again Doc. ( I am a Guidry, but not kin )
