I have suffered from dark scarring my whole life, on my face, legs, and back. I went to Shondra Smith for back acne scarring that I thought was too far gone. 4 months later, I have not one mark on my back! My confidence level went up! I know I can go and count on her and her staff for whatever I need. I highly recommend this place.

Awful, I posted commentary unfavorable to this doctor. My treatment by Cindi with no md in sight left me permanently scarred. I have spent 10,000 dollars trying to fix this. After formal letters ive heard nothing back. And, Now my first commentary has mysteriously vanished ... hmmm? I wonder where it went

Horrible! They burned the side of my face. It has cost me over 10,000 to get it erased and you can still see it. A MD should have done the laser treatment not the assistant. I, like others, have never laid eyes on Shondra. They did refund my money for the procedure. I sent them a demand letter asking to be reimbursed for all of the procedures to treat scarring. I haven’t received any kind of correspondence, not even an “I’m sorry”. Now I have to pay an attorney. I am livid.
