I’m kind of sad today will be the last of my daily support texts from Dr. Hale’s team. They have been so incredibly helpful in this recovery process following a total hip replacement. I am seven weeks post op, walking a mile, working my PT and able to babysit my granddaughters, both under the age of two. They were my reason for this! I’m looking forward to finding new methods of cardio (prior runner). THANK YOU Dr. Hale and your awesome team for your amazing care!!

I am writing this review as the fulltime caretaker of the patient. From day 1 of the process Dr Hale and his staff were exceptional. there was never an unanswered question. The daily text messages began prior to surgery with instructions and tips to prepare, after surgery they have continued. I especially like the fact, if I had a question on a particular topic, I could reply to the text thread at any time with 1 word to get helpful information. Alfred is 6 weeks post op and is doing great! Will be scheduling his 2nd total knee replacement on his 6week post-op appointment next week! Thank you so much Dr Hale and staff for a wonderful experience during this life changing process for him.

My Husband (Robert) had a Right Hip replacement. Dr. Hale and His staff have been amazing to work with through this process. We have received text messages every day from before surgery to 8 weeks after surgery encouraging him in his process, exercising and expectations. We would strongly recommend Dr. Hale and His Staff to anyone that needs surgery. Thanks to you and your staff for taking care of him. God Bless each of you daily. 🙏

I loved all the text I got every day to remind me how I should be feeling and what I should be doing, I am so surprised how quickly my knee is doing good. The only problem I had with them maybe Im from Texas and they being in Louisiana was managing my pain pills, I felt like I did not get enough to get me through the rough times which I am still having some days… That has always been my fear when I have surgery

Dr.Stephen Hale and his team took great care of me during my knee replacement. They sent text messages every day for about 2 months reminding me of my exercises and answering any questions I may have. Everyone of his team made me feel like I mattered, and never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time. If you are needing to have this type of surgery do not hesitate to use Dr. Hale and his awesome team.
