Fred Defrancesch's Online Review Report Card

My family and I have been Doctor Fred's patients for several years he and the whole staff in the Hammond office are great to all their patients young and old. It took me several other pain management doctors till we found him. He is digilent when it comes to his patients, and works very hard to find the right steps to help. It's not all about what drugs to get it's about finding the right plan which might include shots and other ways to improve your life and have the ability to work and live with the pain that is otherwise unbearable.

I can’t begin to express my satisfaction with the staff, Dawn,Raechel,Ashley,Dana,Paula and the Doctor of coarse. Each and everyone of you was courteous, professional and made my visit as comfortable as possible. Mrs. Dawn I want to thank you for going over and beyond in helping me with the insurance. Mrs. Raechel I want to thank you for helping me to choose a Doctor for my daughter. Mrs. Ashley I don’t know where to begin , thank you so much for the support and helping me get through the life changes, also Mrs. Paula for being so very patient and understanding, and last Mrs. Dana your the glue that holds it together , thank you for an amazing staff!!! You ladies Rock!!

AMAZING DOCTOR! The Only doctor who has EVER done a full examination on me and truly wanted to help and listened. He did not just ignore me because of my age. I HIGHLY recommend him as I've Never recommended a dr. Before in my life. If you want someone who truly cares and wants to actually help you this is the dr to see and place to go. Words can't not express how glad I am to have found him and staff. After 1 visit procedure was scheduled. He really wants to help you live as pain free as poss.

I work in healthcare and I am very skeptical about pain management based on what I have seen and heard. I did a LOT of research and Dr. Fred was recommended. Long story short, he was awesome, very knowledgeable and I was very impressed which doesn't happen often. I have a very abnormal spine, he got in both levels with no problem and I have had no pain so far.

Dr Fred is a wonderful doctor. He listens to you truly. He takes time to explain what is going on with your health. He does everything he can to get your pain under control so you can live a some what normal life. He does not give up on you. Dr. Fred was able to correctly diagnose my condition, and I got the treatment I needed within a week. I am pleased with my experience. The lady PA I saw was helpful as well, and drew me a picture of my back condition.

I did not wait long to be seen. Was seen first by a PA and then a physician- both were very knowledgeable and explained my diagnosis and treatment options at length without seeming rushed. I received neck injections which were very helpful.
