The family is great and very convenient to my home. Staff was professional and efficient. Subtracting a star because you can’t listen to music at this facility, whereas other MRI providers give you earphones & choice of music. It sounds minor but it really makes a big difference. Also, they need a more secure place to lock up personal items such as lockers with a key, like at a spa. I was very uncomfortable leaving my handbag sitting on a chair of a locked waiting room.

It was a great experience staff very friendly. My fear I had left very fast once I enter the building. I would recommend anyone having an MRI to definitely go to River Bend Imaging. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

The technician and front office staff were very nice and polite. However, the loud clicking sounds of the machine in a close, dark space for a long time made me very sick. However, the human service was great!

From the time that I enter the facility, I felt at home. The receptionist was very polite and also the lady that gave me the MRI. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs there care.

It’s a MRI , everyone has a fear of the tunnel and getting stuck in it. The tech made me feel very comfortable and talk me through all of it. Very clean and quiet, like you was the only person they were their to take care off . They also had the CD of my mri teady to bring to my Dr. They were also very affordable, I definitely would return if ever needed another MRI.
