I waited 5+ hrs to be seen. Then didn't do anymore imaging on my knee and also just pushed and move it around. He took so long to see us patients that I don't ever want to go back

I love it they greet you with a smile they are so friendly they take their time with you if you have any questions they answer you to the best of their knowledge and I will say yes to me they are the best and I will tell anybody to go to them

My experience was very mixed. Dr Trainia was a very good physician. The office staff was really left to question. Things were not made clear from the get go. When requests were made for services the office dropped the ball on a few occasions and the excuse was it was someone else’s fault. Because of this my returning to work was significantly delayed which caused more problems than needed. After following up with other providers they said they never received the info from that office. It was never disclosed that there was internal office fees to fill out paperwork. It was never stated after the first time we had it done. The attitude of a few of the staff members was very poor. When you call in to ask questions they were very poor to return your call or even at all. It’s understandable places of business get busy but there is also alternative methods of communication. To me it seemed as though the office staff did not have the level of professionalism needed for the business.
