Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Basso for a few years. She is thorough and takes time to talk with you about any concerns you have. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant.

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Basso and her nurse Jennifer are amazing. I do not ever recall more attentive listeners. I feel like they are actually my friends who can help me with my sickness. I am so grateful to have found them.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Basso since she was with OLOL, and I’ll just say she is wonderful. Since the move to North Oaks though, it’s very difficult to get them to call in ANY type of controlled medication...even the control 4s that the majority of providers will call in. (ie Tussionex cough medicine) They make us drive out to the office to pick up hard copies, but won’t see sick patients. Basically, they aren’t convenient in the slightest. Just to reiterate, Dr. Basso is an amazing doctor though. Just wish she could go back to OLOL.

Dr. Basso is ne of the most caring providers I have ever dealt with. My entire family has made the switch and all of them could not be happier. She listens and you can tell she cares. You don't get that much these days and that is refreshing.

Dr. Basso has the best bedside manner that I have been provided. Her team of nurses and staff all have the same demeanor that she exudes. She listens and that is rare these days. My whole family has switched over based on my experience and they are all very happy and comfortable with the decision.

I have been a patient Dr Brandi Basso for many years she is a great doctor that listens and very knowledgeable, very caring person and takes the time for the best possible care. Also her nurse Jennifer is a very good nurse and very patient and listens. The rest of the staff also wonderful. Kudos to all.

Very kind, takes her time with you. I am so happy to find someone who is easy to talk to, down to earth, and seems to genuinely care. Definitely going to switch my daughter to her as well. Highly recommend !
