They don't have things together here. Won't notify patients if a doctor doesn't come in. Scripts don't always get called in to your pharmacy, so you're out of luck if you try to pick up after their office hours and the pharmacist says they never received anything from RKM. Backwoods subpar medical place.

Went for an extraction with the dentist. Got my x-rays done and sat in the for 15 minutes for them to say they didn't have time to pull it.I'm in extreme pain and they couldn't do a 10 minute extraction. No one else was in the waiting room. Gave me a new appointment 4 months from now. They are running a insurance scam. Don't waste your time.

Don’t even bother trying to get a same day appointment, you’ll be lucky to get an appointment within a month as a current patient.

Terrible customer service I called for an appointment and was turned away. Said they don’t have any appointments. Don’t even think about trying to get a same day appointment much less an appointment within a week you will be waiting more than a month and the people who answer the phone are very rude. Don’t waste your time even calling here.

Scheduled an appointment to see them been in pain for weeks now tried the ER told me to see general practitioner so I TRIED. Told me the only available appointment they had for 3 weeks was on Thursday but I told them I worked Thursday so I paid someone to cover my shift for them to call me the DAY before my appointment and say I have to wait another 3 weeks because I’m not priority.

Had called up their 3 times asking if i was going to be able to be tested today and each time they said i was on the list and would be called by the end of the day. I never got a call back from them and when I called for the last time they said the nurse had already left and tried to blame it on me for not answering the phone when i never got a call. I needed this test to start my new job. Terrible.

Thought this was going to be a good place, we were wrong. If you're looking for help with mental health don't waste your time coming here. It's places like this that refuse doctors/medicine to the mentally ill that need to be reported.
