Horrible doctor to see, she is so rude and she don’t want to work because I was there for appointment in I was late for a few minutes and she said she don’t want to see me. I was very disappointed with the treat she gave me. I don’t recommend.

horrible customer service the dentist has no professional ethics and the supervisor is a liar I arrived 10 minutes late and she wrote in the report that I arrived 15 to defend themselves they are all lazy bums who don't like to work with this covid They have their good excuse, I do not recommend them at all, it is a waste of time.

I received a statement in the mail today stating that I have to pay over $150 for two teeth extractions that I got last month. I was told by the receptionist that my insurance would fully cover two visits a year. I only went to Dr Pherribo twice. I'm not sure why I'm being charged when my insurance covered both visits. I shouldn't have been charged ANYTHING! I won't be returning if I have to pay out of pocket.

I went to Dr Pherribo to have two cavities removed last week. They were removed, but I expected to get the other ones removed also because they caused pain as well. My insurance only covers two dental visits a year, otherwise I would have to pay out of pocket. When I went in for an examination the first time, she asked me what hurts more, the top teeth or the bottom teeth. I told her both, but she proceeded to tell me that she will extract the bottom teeth instead of both top & bottom teeth. I still suffer with pain in my top teeth because she didn't extract those. Next time I visit her, I will let her know to extract ALL cavities instead of what she thinks is best.
