Who would ever give 5 stars for a root canal? -I would. My experience at Northlake Endodontics was exceptional starting with my initial contact with Alex. She was professional, relatable and a wealth of information and assistance. The entire team, (Michelle & Kathleen) offered the utmost consideration & care. Kathleen guided me step-by-step through the procedure which was a tremendous help. When I finally met with Dr. Alongi, a Board Certified Endodontist, there was an instant rapport (music/scrub cap??.) My procedure & post-OP was well-coordinated, pain-less. Notably, every patient's experience /procedure differs. Michelle called days later to inquire how I was doing. From beginning to end this was the type of service you expect and appreciate. I highly recommend you consider Dr. Alongi, DDS and staff at NorthLake Endodontics for your dental needs.

Just had my root canal performed by Dr. Alongi. He is fantastic. I had zero pain and he was very kind, professional, and caring. His staff was wonderful as well. I have to get another root canal and I am glad to have him do it for me again.

I have a about 18 years old bridge and last number teeth (18# in bottom, left side) had a infection. I search some information about endodontics feild. I found Dr. Alongi information. He has a very strong backgound in endodontics's clinic and research.When I went to his clinic, He and his all staff were extremely friendly and professional in handing my root canal treatment. I like many, and he did a great job for me. Try him, he's GREAT!

He supposedly did a root canal, and months later my tooth started hurting and my jaw was very swollen, only to find out later by another dentist that he did not get all of the root out. I paid him almost $1000 for a job that was not done correctly. I now have to go to another dentist and put out more money, will not go back to him as he did not do it correct the first time and probably will not the second time.

Dr. Along and his staff were extremely professional and friendly in handling a needed root canal retreament. I can be a tad skittish, but they put me at easy and the procedure was swift and painless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. M. Bullock

I went to Dr. Alongi in horrific pain from a dying tooth and he and Melissa were extremely gentle with me and they did everything possible to keep me comfortable throughout the root canal!! Dr. Alongi was so attentive and patient with me which was HUGE!!!!!! Try him, he's GREAT.. and like many, I am not a big fan of the dentist!!!!!!!!!

I never thought I'd say this but I actually had a very pleasant experience getting a root canal at Dr. Alongi's office. He is a very patience man and extremely knowledgeable. The Madisonville office is like a home and the staff makes you feel like you are family.
