Dr. Vo is not the issue but she is getting 1 star review for the lack of professionalism from her staff. You do not quote your patients a bill for over $700 and then tell them "oh never mind you owe an additional $300" for some baby teeth fillings! Dr. Vo's staff charged $127 per tooth filling with insurance but because my insurance dropped them from their plan they decided it was okay to increase the charges to $219 per tooth. So $92 extra per tooth from the patient because they couldn't get more from my insurance? Unreal.

Steer clear of this place! The staff isn’t absolutely horrible. The dentists’ were nice, but the entire rest of the staff was horrendous. They are extremely rude, very condescending and completely unprofessional. My kids begged me not to take them there again, which really blew me away. They liked the dentist, but said the other ladies were very mean.

Very dissapointed with bedside manner my very upset 4 yr old was made to feel very uncomfortable because she was afraid. They did unessacery sedation on my 7 yr old , their new dentist is now having to fix bad dental work. For a pediatric dentist they aren't super friendly and comforting.

Stay away from this place !!!! Protect your children from bad dental work . They did more damage than good to my child's teeth , ended up having to get two teeth pulled after they messed up two fillings . Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here
