Terrible experience. This doctor is insulting to patients and makes personal attacks. Horrible bedside manner and did nothing for my medical problem. I am shocked she is allowed to practice medicine.

I drove from New Orleans across the lake to see her as a new patient for an ob/gyn exam. She came in and ripped the sheet covering me, left me exposed, and walked out. She later came back in and did the exam, being extremely rude. I never went back. Horrible!!!

Longtime patient of Dr. Posey with a fam history of breast cancer. Always monitored me closely for that but recently the inevitable happened and was diagnosed w B. Cancer. Dr. Posey swung into action not settling for anyone but the best care for me. She was relentless in her calls until she had me in the hands of the most knowledgeable and experienced Radiologist and Breast Surgeon. She kept in close touch w me thru a very difficult time and I owe her my life. Eternally grateful to Dr. Posey !!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Dr. Posey is unbelievably rude to her own patients that are putting money in her pocket. To add to that, Dr. Posey is extremely rude and demeaning to her helpful staff. Dr. Posey talks down to her patients and she has also given me false information concerning a health problem i had about 2 years ago. To add on top of that, a staff member called about my test results. i was at work and could not answer personal calls. This staff member called me at 4:30 pm the day before the entire office was on vacation for the 4th of july. the voicemail states there were some abnormal cells the "doctor" needed to speak with me about ASAP. I called back before closing time and no one answered. I spent their entire 4th of july break believing I may have cancer all because a staff member, DIRECTED BY DR. POSEY, called 15 minutes to tell me bad news ON VOICEMAIL before they were out of the office for 4-5 days. I don't even feel comfortable considering Posey as a doctor. Doctors are supposed to be healers. Nothing about this woman is a healer. To say the least, she is unprofessional, rude, and self absorbed person who should not be any woman's gynecologist. If any women are reading this on the north shore, GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR TO GET TESTS/CHECK UPS. I would hate to have someone experience what I went through because of Posey.

Dr. Posey is a wonderful Doctor. She was able to help me with a couple of problems due to menopause. I would see Dr. Posey again. Her staff is vwey helpful

Saw Dr. Posey after seeing 2 other gyn's. She was the only Doctor to listen to my hormone problems. She was able to help me feel like a new women. I would recommend her and any woman who is having problems. Great Doctor and Great Staff

Worst OB I have experienced. Dr. Posey is all about her weight loss program. If you go in for just a normal pap smear or what not just expect to be shangaied into her b.s. Jenny Craig program. Stay away!!

I have been seeing Dr. Posey since I was 22 yrs. old, I am now 53 yrs. old. Although wait times can sometimes be long, I don't mind. She does not rush in and rush out; she ask questions and takes her time to explain things and is very honest. Patricia, her assistant, is friendly and attentive. Would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Posey is the best gynecologist in the lower Louisiana area, she has a sixth sense for womenâ??s medicine and has improved and even saved the lives of many of her older patients, like myself.

I made an appt with Dr. Posey on a recommendation from a friend. I was having some issues that my current MD was having no luck solving. On my first visit, Dr. Posey took my history and did some blood tests and an exam. When the results came back she was able to easily see the problem and prescribe something to correct it. She nailed it. I had been going back to my regular doctor with the same complaint for over a year, and he had not been able to figure out what Dr. Posey did in one visit. I have recommended her to my friends, and I don't mind driving a few hours for my appts because I have confidence in her. Since getting the right diagnosis and medication, my quality of life has exponentially improved. Her staff was very nice too, especially her nurse and phlebotomist.
