I had an outstanding experience at this dental office. My dentist, Dr. Maura took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Lanie, a true gold star winner, from the moment I called treated me in a manner that reflected their care for their patients, treating me like a person and not just the next customer. Their hygienist, Savanna painstakingly brought back a new life to my smile. The level of precision and expertise they demonstrated was truly impressive, and I left feeling confident and unjudged about my oral health. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-tier dental care delivered with compassion and excellence.

My husband and I were patients at Dentists of Mandeville for several years after relocating to the area. Initially, we were under the care of Dr. Maura, who provided great service. However, our experience with a newer dentist, Dr. Nguyen, was deeply disappointing. My husband, who has never had a cavity or required dental work, visited Dr. Nguyen for a routine check-up. He also needed military paperwork signed to confirm no immediate dental work was necessary. Shockingly, Dr. Nguyen claimed he had multiple cavities, required a root canal, and recommended additional procedures. This was particularly alarming as his previous appointment with Dr. Maura showed no issues. Dr. Nguyen was also aggressively pushy about add-on services like deep cleanings and fluoride treatments, becoming noticeably rude when my husband declined. At the end of the visit, Dr. Nguyen refused to sign his military paperwork, insisting he needed immediate dental work. Doubting her assessment, my husband sought a second opinion. Since his biannual free visit was already used at Dentists of Mandeville, he had to pay out-of-pocket for this additional consultation. He obtained his X-rays and chart from Dentists of Mandeville and presented them to the new dentist. After a thorough review and examination, the second dentist confirmed his teeth were in perfect condition, requiring no work whatsoever. This experience was frustrating and costly, and we caution others about Dr. Nguyen’s unprofessional conduct and questionable diagnoses.

They charged me $900 (no insurance/out of pocket) for a 45 min "deep" cleaning.

Dr.Nguyen extracted two teeth yesterday and not only did she take her time as not to breat my bad teeth and to keep me comfortable. When she told me she was prescribing Ibprophan my heart dropped thinking about the pain after the numbing agent wore off. I woke up the next day can honestly say I have not so much as a twinge of pain. I'm so impressed this is the first painless dentist appointment in my life

Very similar experiences as the other negative reviews. Moved to MoreSmiles and have had a way better experience so far. *update* our new dentist was able to confirm the deep clean here isn't an actual deep clean because they didn't numb the mouth.... y'all beware. They just want to take advantage of you. I highly recommend getting a second opinion if you go to this place. So many unnecessary treatments. The only reason I put our new place here is because i know how difficult it is to find a place. MORE Smiles has been 100% different in a good way.* Family member got a tooth pulled and the one next to it "accidentally" broke but they didn't notice until next day because of the numbing. Dentist argued that he didn't do it. Another family member had wrong tooth filled... dentist didn't believe even though hygienist pointed it out. New dentist noticed too. I was told to wear a mouth guard that ruined my bite and now have to get it fixed. Spent lots of money here... Front desk not organized and they do always swap appointments. Beware and look for the signs. He's too fast/rushed. Can be irritable... i thought it was cultural difference at first (but it doesnt matter). He'll argue with you. Front desk doesn't tell you everything then wants to charge fees on top of their mistakes. It might take time to notice but when it does happen move elsewhere. If you need more than a cleaning... proceed cautiously.

When I say that this dentist office is the best I mean the best. These ladies love what they do based off how they treat people, and they treated me amazing. They made me the most comfortable with knowing I have anxiety. I’m so grateful to have found this gem! Thank yall for taking care of my teeth and me!

My first visit was better than I ever imagined it could be. A visit to the dentist isn't usually a pleasant experience. However, my visit surprisingly ended up being just that extremely pleasant. I found the staff to be very courteous, cordial, informative, comforting and inviting. They made me feel really at ease. They were also patient and thorough explaining everything step by step. The facility is immaculately clean, a serene professional atmosphere. I was given and offered several payment options also dental packages and programs for future dental care. I certainly highly recommend Dentists of Mandeville.

I hate going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and it is usually a painful experience. I shared that with them on my first visit and every time I go back they are overly cautious and caring. I have to admit, they recommended a crown (over a root canal that I had forever ago) and I thought it was just another chance to recommend an unnecessary procedure… a few months later I ended up having an issue with that tooth and long story short, turns out I actually needed that crown. Very trustworthy and reliable group!

I came to get teeth pulled. They were very professional & did it properly in a timely fashion.
