He is actually a good and decent man that cares about his patients. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm from Riverwood andI've actually been a patient of his for years and not just some robot shenanigans.

Dr. Flood and his staff are amazing. I'm so grateful to them all. My young child was seen by him today to get a second opinion on some dental procedures recommended by another dentist. I'm so glad I went with my gut and got Dr. Flood to examine my little one's teeth. He gave me back my confidence in caring for my child's oral hygiene and saved my little one from unnecessary procedures. Thank you so much!

Been going to Dr. Flood for a decade and wanted to stay once I changed to a new insurer. Their techs are very gentle and kind. However, don't let anyone at the front desk tell you what your insurance covers, and that insurance will reimburse you. Make sure for yourself, because they will happily let you continue to schedule cleanings and fillings even if they don't know those procedures won't be covered, knowing that I'd be paying for the procedure and my insurance as if that was in my best interest. I recieved a bulk statement 2 months after a filling that included the pricing from a previous cleaning and no breakdown of costs and the description that this bill was for two separate visits. When I came to this realization, I asked on two separate phone calls if I could be sent an itemized receipt for my own records if insurance wasn't going to cover it. They asked for my email each time, being unable to find it, and I have yet to recieve it. We will see if that is still the case when they charge my account. When I called, I was also told that I recieved a medicated filling which would need a reassessment after three months, but no-one told me this, and if they did, why did we not schedule an appointment for that reassessment, shouldn't that be normal procedure to communicate that between Techs and Receptionists for the patient? Not the best way to end a relationship with a customer of a decade. I'm not under the assumption that anyone was malicious, but they might need a better system of keeping track of patient scheduling and financial information if they are going to tell patients things they cannot verify.

Dr. Flood and his staff are some of the most honest and caring individuals you’ll ever meet. I am very fortunate to have found a dentist who sees their patients as people and not as money makers. I will continue to recommend Dr. Flood to all!

Made an appointment for a cleaning. When the appointment was made, I was told it would be $109. I had a reasonable experience, but when I went to pay the bill, I was charged $139. They wouldn't correct it saying it was a "deep cleaning" but it wasn't any different than standard cleanings I have had for 60 years! This bait and switch was unbecoming a dental office that has some outstanding reviews. I will not return to a place with surprise billing.

So, I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting dentists recently that drive their business by using unnecessary methods, recommending treatments that are not really needed, and using profit driving motives as treatment recommendations. Dr. Flood is the polar opposite of this harkening us back to a better place in time when patient care is first and foremost. My wife and I have known Dr. Flood for many years and always experience top rate dental care, straight forward recommendations, and the entire team with his practice are genuine caring professionals. Best dentist ever!

Dr Flood is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. He is gentle and understanding with great integrity, never doing unnecessary work just to make money! He and his staff go above and beyond to ensure their patients feel at ease and well informed. I drive all the way from Alabama to see him if that says anything!! He is one of the BEST!!!

Dr. Flood is an exceptional dentist. Most importantly- he’s honest. He’s the first dentist I’ve gone to who I can trust actually cares about me as a patient and my dental health and who isn’t just trying to make a buck off me any way he can. And he is quite frankly just really good at what he does and gives top quality dental care. Highly recommend!
