Saw Dr. Connolly for multiple visits after falling and rupturing ear. He was always in a hurry, got aggravated (was actually rude) when I asked a few questions, and has absolutely NO 'bedside manner'. He set up multiple audiology tests that showed same results, and scheduled visits with him after each. After the foregoing experiences and sitting in waiting area, observing, I submit to all that No. 1 SLENT priority is maximizing revenue, with no patient 'caring' at all. I would say Dr Connolly's manner is the worst of any doc I have seen in my lifetime. He should either retire.

I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for over 2 years. He also performed nasal surgery on me, but he checked every issues and outcomes on many test before we agreed on the surgery. Dr. Connolly and the whole staff are compassionate and professional.

Never had an ENT take so much time to examine and question me. Past doctors write a script, shove me out the door and say hopefully that will help

I went to Dr Connolly’s office because I was having trouble hearing in my right ear and I was getting a dark brown discharge in the ear. Doctor found out that I had an ear infection and put me on medical ear drops for a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent ENT doctor.
