This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I am disappointed and upset with the very minimal treatment that I received. I will adamantly recommend that anyone and everyone avoid this office. Dr. Guillot was extremely condescending, lacking in basic courtesy and entirely unhelpful.

I found SLENT after being shocked at the cost of having a tonsillectomy at a local hospital. Our insurance advised us to find an ENT that worked out of a surgery center and SLENT ended up being 1/3 the cost of St Tammany. Dr Guillot was so kind to our child and removed his tonsils in a timely fashion. Nothing but good things to say about their surgical center. He called us later in the day to check our kiddo. Will be repeat customer if we need anything else done.

I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and have never experienced the care that Dr. Guillot has given me. He has the best bedside manor I have ever seen. Dr. Guillot did multiple follow ups himself post surgery. Appointments are usually a few minutes ahead of schedule. He takes time out to talk and makes you feel like his most important patient. The procedure he performed exceeded my expectations. The staff is very professional and friendly.

My appointment was for 3pm and I was seen by Dr. Guillot at 2:53pm. That's pretty much a doctor's appointment miracle! Kudos to your staff for working so efficiently!

Never go here. Dr Guillot is poor artist. He will charge your insurance a rediculous amount for a consultation even if you pay the consultation fee. He will continually try to make money and recommend procedures you don’t need. He would have been better at selling cars. Disgraceful doctor.
